Courtyard Beaumont Hotel

This absolutely great hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was perfectly fine. We had queen room, and it was modern. The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice bathroom. The staff, everyone, was very responsive. Venue's location was marvellous, in the middle of jackson. The team provided a nice service.

Truly enjoyed every detail about our real good 1 night stay here. The hotel was in a great location, in the Bistro at lunch. Besides, it was just off Beaumont, Texas and the market.

Not really worth the cost

I mean, the bed was pretty comfortable, totally could sleep like a baby. And I appreciated the air conditioning, kept it cold enough that I had to check the temp in the morning, I swear it was 59°F!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.

easy access to charming parks and unique museums nearby

I loved being just under 5 km from the Beaumont Botanical Gardens where I could enjoy a peaceful stroll among beautiful landscapes, and the Texas Energy Museum was a quick trip away for an intriguing look at local history. The front desk staff were so sweet and kind as a solo traveler in my King Room with a Sofa Bed.

The place had a decent bar and direct highway access for easy travel. Room design was fresh with strong shower pressure too.

If you're into seafood, Sartin's West Seafood is awesome. Their fresh catch will have your taste buds dancing! Plus, Golden Corral nearby fills you up with classic comfort food, just what you need after a long day. The staff were friendly-gotta give them some love!

I really enjoyed the comfortable bed that helped me sleep soundly and the great shower with powerful water pressure. The mini snack market at the front desk was a delightful surprise! I wouldn’t choose this place again due to the mold issue in the bathroom.

The front desk staff was super sweet and helpful , and I really loved the comfy King Room with a sofa bed for relaxation. Plus, the indoor pool and cozy lounge area made it easy to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the drinks at the bar are a bit pricey, so plan ahead 😊

Clean room, comfortable atmosphere, the fitness center was well-equipped and the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after exploring the city.

A mixed bag of vibes

So, I stayed here for a night and honestly, it was all over the place. The bathroom had some mold, which wasn't cool. The bar area looked nice but too bad I didn't get to try it. Just kinda disappointing.

Helpful staff but cleanliness issues

The staff was responsive and accommodating , quickly addressing our concerns. The presence of cockroaches and a strong mildew smell in the room were disappointing. It was a mixed bag experience, but the friendly service was appreciated.
